CD Rams Youth Lacrosse

 CDRYL Return to Play Update   

We will return to play by offering a series of FREE practice sessions for our players this Fall. Details as follows:

• Participation: 10U-14U players only; we are unable to offer sessions for our 8U players at this time due social distancing and other COVID-19 restrictions
• Equipment: No loaner equipment will be provided for Fall practice sessions. Each player MUST HAVE their own helmet, stick, gloves, elbow pads, chest pads, protective cup, and mouthguard in order to participate. Players are also required to bring their own water bottles.
• Dates: September 16th through October 14th; sessions will run for 5 weeks
• Days/Times: Wednesdays @ 5:30-7:00 PM; please arrive 15 minutes early, fully dressed in your lacrosse gear, to go through our screening process so practices can begin promptly at 5:30 PM
• Location: Linglestown Middle School, 1200 North Mountain Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112 (see map below)
• Registration: Click here to register and acknowledge the required consents/ waivers. You MUST be registered in advance to participate; no walk-ups allowed.
